If my specimen gets accepted, what happens next?

If you file the trademark specimen together with the Statement of Use and it gets accepted, it will mean your trademark has met all of the following: passing the USPTO examination, passing the opposition period, and being cleared as being used to label the applied-for goods/services in US commerce. Since there are no more requirements your application has to meet, your trademark will register.
