If you’re commercially using or planning to use all three elements simultaneously, registering them together establishes the same priority date for each, which is the strongest position for your brand.

However, in practice, each element requires its own assessment. The name is assessed as a wordmark, the logo as a figurative mark, and the slogan as a wordmark are three separate applications with three sets of fees. A slogan faces a higher bar for distinctiveness than a name or logo, so it is worth confirming registrability before committing to that application.

If budget is a constraint, prioritize the elements that carry the most commercial value and are most likely to be copied.
