Adding a class to an Australian trademark application costs AUD 250 for goods or AUD 400 for services per class, using the pre-approved picklist. Higher rates apply for custom descriptions.

Please note this is only the government fee paid to IP Australia directly. If you file through a representative (an attorney, law firm, or online legal service), additional fees for their services will apply.
