No. Once a trademark is registered, no annual or maintenance fees are required during the 10-year validity period in most jurisdictions. The registration remains active until the renewal deadline without any additional payments.

The US requires a Declaration of Use to be filed between the 5th and 6th year after registration. This is the only mid-term requirement in any major jurisdiction and applies only to US registrations.
