If I register a trademark in the US, can I still sell my products in the UK with the US trademark?

A trademark is not a trade license, it is a form of legal protection for your intellectual property. Therefore, you can sell your product in the UK, but your brand won't be legally protected against copycats if you don't own a UK trademark specifically.

If you have already registered your trademark in the US, you can leverage international filing via the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

If you aspire to target more countries with your trademark, it might be a good idea to consider developing a legal strategy with an experienced lawyer in the trademark field.
