I am selling precious stones, artificial jewellery, gemstones, beads, etc. What classes should I register my trademark under?

Class 14 covers precious metals, jewellery, precious stones, and related items including gemstones, costume jewellery, and decorative beads for jewellery-making.

If you also sell beads for handicraft use (rather than jewellery specifically), Class 26 may be relevant. If you sell finished jewellery alongside clothing or accessories, your goods-specific classes should reflect each product line. For most jewellery businesses, Class 14 is the primary and often sole class required.
